CN Server of Closer Online will Kicks off OBT on July 26th

Closer Online is an anime MMORPG developed by Korean company NEXON,and Tiancity has publishs the Chinese server in China.The Chinese server of Closer Online will launch its non-wipe open beta on July 26th (Beijing Time).

Tiancity had published its trailer on 23th,and announced in this open beta.

Players will see 5 charactors: 李世赫  Striker,李瑟钰  Caster, ▪ J   Fighter, 尤莉  Ranger, and the new 米斯丁 Lancer.

The OBT doesn't need code to enter,so players who outside China could play Closer Online CN freely.

If you've a Closer Online CN account,just login game with it until 26th,if not,an article about Closer Online CN Alpha Testing I wrote may helpful.

Same as usual we need to change computer's system local to Simplified Chinese before starting.

Step 2.Download and Installation

Download page:

Click"极速下载"(Download Full version of Closer Online CN client fast) to download client.

NOTE:

Alpha Test or CBT client couldn't be updated to OBT client directly,plaese dowload the latest OBT client to computer.

After download successfully,install it following Installation Instruction step by step.

Step 3.Enter Game

Login Closer Online China server when its OBT starts on 12:00am,26th,July.

No phone number,no code,just play freely!

About high ping or pocket loss:

Just  a friendly reminder,when we playing Online Games which server is on other country,it must be has some problems like pocket loss,heavy lag or high ping,though Closer Online CN no IP block.

Players have to bear those annoying problems,especially during peak time.

So,VPN or game ping booster/accelerator is very much needed for great gameplay experience.

I used kinds of game ping booster/accelerators,and find that lonlife is the best one for me,it does work for me,and reduce my ping to about 200ms.

Closer Online CN Alpha Testing starts Jun 7th

The Chinese server of Closer Online's will kick off Alpha testing on Jun 7th.

Players who wanna experience Closer Online CN in advance can apply for getting Alpha Testing's activation code using your cellphone.

Here is the guide on getting Activation Code of Closer CN:

Application time:Jun 1st 10:00~Jun 7th 24:00(Beijing Time)

Step 1.Registration

Head to the middle of page,you will find "5秒注册"(Register in 5s),click "普通注册"(General Registration) and fill in info about you to get Closer CN's account.

It's important to note that "姓名"(Real name) and "身份证号码"(Chinese Citizen ID number) is required,but for players who aren't Chinese it's maybe a hassle.

Actually,you can slove this tricky problem using Baidu.

There is a guide on how to get a Chinese Citizen ID number,just copy 2 or 3 chinese words as your real Chinese name.

For instance,copy the aboved "普通" from "普通注册".

Step 2.Applying

Enter your cellphone and get a verification code,then you need to wait to get one Alpha Testing Activation code in this lucky draw.

Step 3.Download

Altough it says "The Closer CN client couldn't be download currently until May 3rd" in Official site,but it's not avaliable for downloading today(May 3rd).Strange!

Recommend to pay attention to the official site of Closer CN to get the client early.
